In BMX Stunts 3D, the fastest rider isn't always the one who reaches the finish first. The dirt tracks have plenty of bumps, steep slopes, dips, and ramps that can throw off your speed. A badly timed jump may leave you behind, even if you started the race well. Learning how the bike reacts to the ground is just as important as knowing when to accelerate.
As the bike moves forward, keep an eye on the shape of the track. A large ramp gives you room to jump, but staying in the air too long can waste time. Try to land with the bike under control instead of chasing the biggest possible jump.
Smaller bumps and downhill sections are useful for pumping. This technique helps carry momentum through the terrain without making every obstacle a full jump. Backflips are also possible when the ramp gives you enough room, though a trick isn't worth much if the landing goes wrong.
Coins from races give you a chance to improve the bike. You can put them towards speed, pumping, or jumping, depending on what you need most. A bike that struggles on hills may need a different setup from one that feels slow on flat ground. There are also new bikes to unlock and rider looks to change, so you can switch things up as you make progress.
Look at the next slope while approaching a ramp.
Use jumps when the track calls for them, not just because you can.
Practise pumping on smaller bumps to keep your speed.
Leave enough room for a clean landing after a backflip.
Spend upgrade rewards on the areas where your bike feels weakest.
BMX Stunts 3D is at its best when a difficult stretch finally goes smoothly. Getting over a ramp without losing speed or passing an opponent after a good landing feels more satisfying than simply holding the accelerator all the way through.
